How to Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Minor Vacation Club app account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion is free of charge.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to privacy.minorvac@minorvacations.com from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your full name and Ownership ID (if known).

What happens next

• Identity verification: To protect your account and ownership information, we may contact you to confirm your identity before we process your request.
• Timeline: We aim to complete deletion requests within one month of verifying your identity. If your request is particularly complex and will take longer, we will let you know.
• Confirmation: We will notify you by email once your account has been deleted.

What deletion means

• Your app account will be permanently deleted. You will no longer be able to sign in.
• Your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymised.
• We may need to retain certain records, such as your contract documents, and payment and financial records, for as long as your ownership contract remains in effect or as required by applicable law. These records will be kept securely and used only for those purposes. They will be deleted or anonymised once the retention period ends.
• Deleting your app account does not cancel your Points Ownership contract or any obligations under it. To discuss your Ownership or contract, please contact Club Services at clubservices@minorvacationclub.com.
